Democratic Civil War Rages on in Wisconsin:
The Democratic battle between Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and former Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk has grown ever-nastier, with new fallout surrounding a web video critical of Barrett and an endorsement the mayor received from a former member of Congress.
On Monday, former Democratic Rep. David Obey endorsed Barrett, touting him as a uniting force.
"Tom has the temperament to end the toxic atmosphere in Madison. He will rebuild constructive relationships, and bring people together to heal our state," Obey said.
Obey also blasted an AFSCME attack against Barrett, saying it was "just incredibly off the wall unfair," according to Wispolitics.com.
