Mullin pushes back on FEC violation allegations.

The Claremore Daily Progress reported on 3/27 "that it had received documents indicating" a FEC complaint "had been filed against Mullin, citing what a letter said were improper contributions and use of Mullins' plumbing company to promote" his camp.
Mullin's campaign said on 3/30 "it has not been notified of a complaint, but he responded to questions on confusing entries in the campaign's FEC report and the mingling of Mullins' corporate and political advertising."
A campaign spokesperson "said Mullin is confident no individual has exceeded the maximum" amount in camp. donations.
"The effective limit at this stage of the campaign" is $5K per person "because contributions are allowed for both the primary and runoff or general elections."
"At least two contributions appear to be from corporations, which, if so, would be violations."
Mullin's camp. "said it is confident its advertising does not violate FEC rules" (Tulsa World, 4/1).
